Cover of the Rolling Stones song by The Sundays, off of their album, Blind.
Apparently, also to be heard in the movie "Fear" and in the TV series "CSI" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer". Whatever. It's a great version of a great song.
Please go out and buy one of the Sundays' three albums: "Reading, Writing and Arithmetic", "Blind" or "Static and Silence".. in that order.
This is from a German TV show... kinda bizarre little horse-drawn wagon performance around some German town square.. I lived in Germany for a couple of years.. but I don't recognize the place.. let me know if you do.
ABBA miming Waterloo on a Norwegian TV show called Momarkedet. I like this one because the girls seem a little more animated than usual, for a tv performance. Frida is hot as usual.. but, dear god, look at Agnetha's legs and ass. Yeah, I know they're all 60 years old now, but that body is timeless.
well, some interesting footage here.. abba takes a plane, a car, a helicopter and another car... all to get to a TV studio to be interviewed by a vile woman wearing a fright wig. arrival white jumpsuits? check. bedazzled denim, big fur coats and feathered hair? check. oh yeah, it's all there. part one of two.
Agnetha Fältskog, the unquestionably hottest member of ABBA back in the 70's, talks about going to the studio to record her first song. I added some unobtrusive subtitles for all those who don't speak Swedish. Strangely enough, Benny is now the hottest member of ABBA. Did not see that coming.
Another vintage TV commercial promoting The Album. I think we had it on 8 track to play in the family Trans Am, and Reel-to-Reel tape for home. Ah the bulky, inconvenient media formats of the 70's.
Vintage TV Commercial for "The Album".
Also available on tape!!
I'm not sure what the boys are doing in this commercial.. hopping around like rabbits.. no matter.. everyone bought the album anyway.
nothing special .. just a short little commercial for Arrival. Will post some more good stuff soon.
oh yeah.. and go buy all the abba albums.. part of your money will help keep Agnetha's horse farm going for a few more years.
Please, think of the horses.
