A fine Winters walk to simons seat from Bolton Abbey.Brilliant weather and some fantastic views from the top made for a tremendous walk.The only snag was ending up with 12 dead camers batteries before the end of the walk and by not realising just how warm a polar buff will make you,i almost became the first victim of heat stroke to be recorded in Yorkshire during December
This years attempt at hte Yorkshire 3 peaks ,where Andy finaly got the monkey of his back by completing the course therby removing the ignomy of his embarasing collapse at Horton in Ribblesdale Station last time ( too tired to go to the Pub )
