Montage of Yelena Mukhina, the 1978 World Champion. She died in Deecember 2006. Sorry if this is kinda sad. I wanted to honor her and her life, but I also wanted to show what happened to her.

Me breaking a board in my Karate days! Age 19. I'd still do Karate but I can't at the moment cause gym takes up too much time.
I broke the board, but technically that was a pretty bad kick. lol It probably wouldn't look as bad in faster motion. My Karate has improved though, when I get the chance to do it, since becoming stronger though gym.
