Landon Donovan continued his blistering goal-scoring pace, hitting for a hat trick and picking up an assist, and Alan Gordon scored two more as a second-half substitute as the Los Angeles Galaxy showed who was boss of The Home Depot Center in a resounding 5-2 victory against Chivas USA in the first SuperClasico of the season.
Taylor helps MLS sew up All-Star win:
All-Star MVP forward Taylor Twellman scored once for the MLS All-Stars on Saturday en route to a 4-1 win against Fulham FC at Crew Stadium. Former Crew standout Jeff Cunningham entered the match in the second half and scored twice.
