San Francisco Chronicle reporter Jim Herron Zamora got a tip about mysterious puddles of water in Berkeley. Residents like Priscilla Thomas and Jim Rosenau don't know where it's coming from.
It could be a broken water pipe. It could be an underground spring. Or, it could be leaking sewage.
Both the city of Berkeley and the local water district promise to investigate.
