Painkiller, City on Water, one of my favourite levels. Showing what effect a narrow staircase, a set spinning of blades, mindless deamons and physics has. Take note of the limbs flying and bouncing off the stairs and the sheer abundance of blood and gore.
A brave ant was trying to save his comrade (or doing something that I don't want to go into detail about), whilst an unseen Praying Mantis creeps up on the ant duo and viciously snatches the pair, before devouring them. Slow motion replay at the end

1 + 3/4 minute of good, meaty random bloodshed. Look at the huge stakes impailing them to the floor and especially at 1:20 where the thing get's severed in half and just topples over.
