This is a first test of my DIY 35mm DOF Adapter. I used Daniel Schweinert tutorial for inspiration. Hard to focus on a small LCD display like the Panasonic NV-GS 500 has one.

Want to challenge the filmmakers who spend millions of dollars on their films, yet, still have the nerve to call themselves indie? Pick up a 35mm adapter or build one yourself and you can give your movies that "film look" and start being taken more seriously!

Here is a short demo on aligning the M2 35 mm lens adapter to the Panasonic AG-HVX-200P.
There is vertical and horizontal alignment and each are critical for a proper fit.
If the fit is not exact, you can damage the threads on the lenses.

You don't have to spend a ton to get great 35mm adapter footage. This is what I came up with using my HV20 and the newly developed RNG35 35mm adapter. This is raw footage, just the adapter and the camera...no post color correction or anything.
