I never tried to beat this guy using the actual Dual Sniper Rifle. That's tough. I have a long delay after I fire one shot which leaves me open to attacks. And My partner sucks I'm not picking Kouki as my partner ever again. He doesn't follow orders well and doesn't really know the meaning of help.
