This happened on a failed try when trying beating Shaokahn. For some reason if you win round 1 but lose round 2 Shaokahn will fatality you. I skipped round 1 for this vid. But as any Ichigo player knows, Ichigo can't be fatalitied because he has no colision 2 boxes in his dizzy state. So this happened...
