This video was taken after routine bell maintainance at St Mary's Church in the Village of Langley (UK). Bells in the UK are rang full circle as demonstrated here.
The bell is tested, rang up, stopped and rang down. Once "rung up" the bell can he left in an upward position by means of resting it on a wooden stay. Again demonstrated in the video.
Time-Keeping Bell or Jiho-sho. It is rung five times daily at 6:00, 9:00, 12:00 noon, 15:00, and 18:00. Maybe the man ringing the bell should be in traditional costume instead of looking like he will play golf. Photos: http://photoguide.jp /pix/thumbnails.php? album=25 ???

Ryburgh Ringers Ring (again)- Seeing as most videos on campanology are concerned with the actual bell ringing bit, I thought I'd start before that with the chatter and the raising of the bells, with a bit of ringing right at the end. There's just so much to ringing life, just can't be done in 10mins!

-A few bell ringing clips from Todmordon in west Yorkshire. The methods being rung (I believe) are Oxford and Yorkshire minor. The two trebles are used rarely.
-Note the variation of ringing styles, as most of the ringers seen were from different towers.
-These bells are a bloody nightmare to set. I don't know how everyone else can do it!

A touch of Grandsire Triples rung by SPSCR(Leeds). A competent piece of ringing but one of the ringers became camera shy and made a couple of festering errors!
