Colonial High School Band Post Game Halloween Party in the band room. 1986- 87 School year. About 2 mins of footage of Pat Culler at the end. This was his second year as Band Director. Mr. Culler passed away in 2000 after serving as Band Director for 10 years at Universty High School.
