Evert Taube was Swedens greatest composer. As a youth he traveled the world as a sailor, experiencing other cultures, peoples and lands, all of which later shows up in his music. A cowboy, poet, actor, painter & musician. A man for all seasons. His melodies are absolutely infectious.

This album is one of of my top 2 or 3 favorites by the Hootenannys, it is THAT good.
