The Lagoon of San Rafael is a very special place, where a glaciar meets the Pacific Ocean. It is located in the south eastern part of Chile, in a national park. Cruises are organised starting from Puerto Montt. I shot this film in 1999. The journey, on the Skorpios III ship, lasted about 6 days and was unique and marvelous. How is the glaciar today, with the global increase of temperature .... ?
