Part the eighth of MUCC's Summer Tour 2003 DVD, "Nihon Rettou konton heisei kokoro no naka." The song is "Kono Sen to Sora," which I translated at first into "Kono Suji to Sora" because my kanji sucks. Then I heard Tatsurou actually say "kono sen to sora" before he started singing, so...that cleared it up a bit ^^
