That was very satisfying.
I've wanted to learn how to do that ever since the 5th grade, when a bodybuilder visited Lakewood Elementary school and shredded a triple size phone book in half.

This was my second ever attempt at the thick phonebook. Its not that clean i suppose but it proves the point that all u need is some solid training ethics , some time and a strong balance of mind and body to acheive some pretty nice results..please enjoy!~ PS IM STRAIGHT :) HAHAHA
