On Saturday, August 2, 2008 the TDA Whalers took it on the chin as they were shut out 7 -- 0. "Mike the Goalie" filled in between the pipes for Kelso and did a fine job considering how many shots were fired at him. The second period was brutal for the Whalers, but the team came together and kept the Privateers scoreless in the third period.
