Jim was joined on the road in Clarendon by Gen. Wesley Clark (Ret.) and Michael J. Fox talking about the importance of governmental support of stem-cell and other medical research in this country.
Prominent Virginian Women, including Megan Beyer, Former 2nd Lady of Virginia, Lynda J. Robb, former 1st Lady of Virginia and daughter of President Lyndon B. Johnson, came together with Hong Le Webb to campaign for Jim at Ireland's Four Courts in Arlington.
Jim was joined by Mayor Doug Wilder, the first and only African American to be elected Governor of a State or Commonwealth in the United States, to speak about politics, government, and the campaign with an Intro to Government class.
