A scene from Sogo Ishii's punk action film burst city from the 80's, which featured some popular japanese punk bands at the time. In this scene th erockers are performing on stage until the stalin and their gang run to the stage and fight th erockers. While the gangs are still fighting the stalin perform their song "Saru (Monkey)".
The Stalin at their 2001 one night dream concert. Here in the final song the other bands who performed that day and are from the stalin tribute cd come on stage to perform the song with them. Some of the veterans you can see on stage are Panta, Baki from gastunk, and Cobra. Also has the credits to the whole video.
