When Garrison's investigation is made public, Perry Russo comes forward and admits he was at a meeting with David Ferrie, Clay Bertrand and Lee Harvey Oswald where the assassination of the President was discussed. Russo identifies Shaw as Bertrand. Ferrie is found dead in his apartment and Garrison moves quickly to arrest the last living conspirator, Clay Shaw.
