Rugal vs Shao Kahn. Shao Kahn is a bit cheap with overpowered attacks. His health is set a tad too high as well. His teleport can be annoying at
times too. I did find that he was weak
in the lower body tho. So now its not as hard to beat him. Don't get me wrong Shao Kahn can still kick your ass.
