I am not too sure what this pancake is called. I just happen to come across their interesting preparation performance during my visit to Chinatown, 12 days before the Lunar New Year.
I call it the 'Dragon Beard' candy pancake because the colorful fillings have identical texture to the traditional 'Dragon Beard' candy.
