The Mozambique Drill is another good sight/trigger skill builder. For the layman, it is 2 hits to the "A" zone, 1 to the head. It forces you to go from a coarse sight picture to a fine sight picture. It is useful in breaking the shooting in cadence habit and allowing the sight to dictate when the shot breaks. This one is kind of sloppy.
The Bill Drill is a good exercise for building trigger and sight control. The standard is 6 "A" hits in under 2 seconds. I included the first run even though it does not meet the standard. I am shooting a Taurus PT1911 with full powered loads.
