Did you ever wonder why boys take so long in the bathroom? Well this one made a movie. We found the proof on our camera. Here is an original film by my (then 9 yr old) son. He had me laughing hysterically. But then again I am his dad.
"A Soldier's Silent Night" was written by Marine Lance Corporal James M. Schmidt in 1986. It was originally written as a poem but has since been adapted and set to the tune of Mannheim Steamroller's Stille Nacht. The original title of the poem was "Merry Christmas, My Friend" and was specifically tailored for the Marine Corps.

Reflections on time past. I was on the USS Saratoga and transferred off just prior to an 11 month deployment. Over 5000 sailors left on that cruise and an accident took 21 shipmates, including two friends.
Can politically incorrect jokes be morphed into politically correct jokes?
This was my way of letting my group know that jokes of intolerance were not going to be tolerated. These joke examples were used to point out how ridiculous these jokes truly were.
My son just started attending the local college and hearing him speak about his English professor reminded me of the first college English course I took.
I grew up having my Mother say to me on occasion that I was Dutch. Whenever I did something a little odd or off kilter she would say, "Walt your Dutch". I was 37 before I asked her where this saying came from...
I start talking about driving into Philly to start my travel day back to North Carolina and naturally move on to Rome, Sicily, Roundabouts, The Hindenburg and finally more Roundabouts.
