This one is all about speed twang! Here is a preview and a couple more freebie licks! It's 5:45 long so it may take a while to download or stream. You can find all of Forrest Lee Jr's instruction videos on Ebay or at www.OutWestRecords.c om
I'm jamming some metal type stuff on one of my songs from the Telethon CD. It's a SRV style song but I thought it might be interesting to see what it sounded like with a bunch of whammy and distortion. It's rough, but who cares... I'm having fun not recording to sell, or trying to sound like anybody... Just playing with my Floyd. I do show how to change a string at the end though.
Clips from Forrest's new B-Bender 101 Tele guitar instruction video.
This guitar has Fender Highway 1 Telecaster pickups. Forrest Lee, Albert Lee, Alvin Lee and Arther Lee are not related... but they all play benders (maybe not Alvin)
Short demo with a couple licks from G bender 101.
Forrest is using a Fender Esquire relic (Jimmy Mayo) with Warford benders, and a Duncan Alnico II pup. Through a Vox AC30 and Forrest's boutique pedals.
If EVH was country... This is a clip from Forrest Lee Jr's Volume 6 of the Useful Guitar Series available from DP Murphy on Ebay, and also www.OutWestRecords.c om.
