Crazy how you can lose 10 pounds in such a short time. Pain, car accident and sprained ankle will really kick your butt!!!

After spraining my ankle, I was on pain meds that kept me asleep for 4 days... those 4 days, I did not eat... lost 10 pounds...

Lost 16 pounds eating veggies, fruits and grains. Use the power bands and did not lift weights, swam, and walked. Nothing crazy..but used the Body for Life as a guide.
