Jets to Brazil play "Sweet Avenue" off their first 2xLP/CD "Orange.." on Jade Tree records. The show was played at the Cat's Cradle just outside Chapel Hill in North Carolina on 10-30-98.
Ignition being "emo" before it was "cool". Here is the band playing "Throttle" from their Machination LP/CD on Dischord records. Watch Alec get spazzy and notice how the kids in front wearing Rollins shirts actually look a little freaked out. At another point in the show Alec crawls under the drum riser for half the song...that riser is like 11" high! Oh Alec.
Gray Matter play "Chutes & Ladders" off their 12"EP on Dischord records (12" is now bundled with their 1st LP on one CD). This show took place on 08-21-89 at D.C. Space in Washington D.C.
Black Market Baby play the 1st song off the Senseless Offerings LP, Downward Christian Soliders, at Brownies,NYC, NY in 1995. BMB recently put out a re-issue CD on Doctor Strange records. Check it out.
Gray Matter playing the title track off their 3rd CD "Thog" at St. Stephens Churh on 05-22-92. One of my favorite songs off that release, even though technically the music was actually written while they were in 3 (w/ Jeff Nelson of Minor Threat fame)
Jawbreaker playing their single "Fireman" off their major label debut 'Dear You' (later pressed on Adam's Blackball Records). Show was at a club called Boston's.

Senator Flux playing "Naming Names", the 2nd song off their 2nd album "Spectacles Testicles Wallet & Watch". Show was on April 27th, 1989 and was in the HUB Ballrom at PSU, PA. My favorite part is at the end when Geoff says "Craaaaazy man" in sort of a hippy voice. Jeff Nelson of Minor Threat was still in the band at this point.
One Last Wish playing their final song of the night "My Better Half" off their Dischord CD "OLW 1986". Show was at the Chevy Chase Community Center in Bethesda, Maryland. One of only six live performances the band ever played, a bit of DC history.
Jawbreaker plays "Friends Back East" to a bunch of Frogs back in 1992. This song was not properly released until it came on on "Etc" on Blackball Records six years after the band broke up. Quality isn't the best.
Jawbreaker playing "Outpatient" in Chicago, IL at a place called Isabel's in 1993. They had just finished recording "24 Hour Revenge Therapy" with Steve Albini and, as they liked to do, played almost 50% new songs, despite the crowd pleading for more stuff off "Unfun".
Here is a clip of Gray Matter playing "Take It Back", the title cut off their 12"EP on Dischord records. The show was in an church in Washington D.C. in August of 1990.
Jawbreaker playing "Face Down" off their 12"EP 'Chesterfield King" (was later added to 'Bivouac' CD). A rocking song played at an intimate show, ah the good old days.
